My Experience

With two Master’s degrees—one in Human Resources Development from Towson University and another in Higher Education from Teachers College, Columbia University—I bring decades of experience in corporate and higher education environments.

I’ve led training initiatives in change management, building habits, teaching strategies, emotional intelligence, time management, and organization at every level—from employees and faculty to senior leadership.

Beyond my corporate experience, I’m the co-founder of Divine Drag School and a drag artist with over four years of performance experience. I also founded and run the LGBTQ+ Business Collective in Mexico City. I’ve navigated major life transitions, moving across the world to places like Barcelona and Mexico City, embracing personal and professional reinvention along the way.

My spiritual practice has been a cornerstone of my journey, leading me to deeper self-awareness and growth. Working with coaches throughout my life transitions made them easier to navigate and now I have been called to guide people on the other end. 

Now, I live in vibrant Mexico City with my partner and our adorable pug, Lila.
